His parents divorced when he was at the age of 6. His childhood was spent with his aunt. He had to do various odd jobs when he was a childlike working in a sand quarry to make ends meet.
His father was a street fighter and various gangs compelled him to join their team, which he declined. He always wanted to do something good. Finally, he opted for professional boxing.
He struggled a lot in his initial days. He headed France, by crossing the border illegally and was jailed in Spain for two months.
Finally, after reaching Paris, he had no money, friends, or a place to live. He met Fernand Lopez through a friend of his and was introduced to the MMA factory.

2. LeBron James
World-famous basketball champion LeBron James once lived with four generations of his family in a small town. During his childhood, he and his mother were homeless many times and were moving from apartment to apartment.
In the hope of getting a better life, his mother allowed him to live with the family of Frank Walker, a local youth football coach. It was Frank Walker, who introduced the game of basketball to LeBron James at the age of 9. He had to work hard to reach the top!

Mary Kom was born in a remote village in Manipur. Her parents were farmers who worked in the jhum fields. She had to face severe poverty during her childhood where there were not many facilities for her to train in Boxing. She helped her parents with farming-related chores during her childhood. At the age of 15, she left her hometown to join the Imphal Sports Academy. Then the rest is history.
She was crowned as World Boxing Champion 5-times.
6. Cristiano Ronaldo
Cristiano Ronaldo is undoubtedly another greatest footballer of all time. He was born in Portugal to Maria Dolores dos Santos Viveiros de Aveiro, a cook, and José Dinis Aveiro, a municipal gardener and part-time kit man.
His mother has even once revealed that they were planning to abort Ronaldo due to extreme poverty, but the Doctor refused. His father was affected by alcoholism and this led to many issues in his family. He grew up in an impoverished Catholic home, sharing the room with all his siblings.
